What we monitor

Three layers, continuously checked.

Your business runs on systems we don't all build ourselves. We monitor each layer independently so when something breaks, you see exactly where.

Layer 1 β€” Infrastructure

Network Server

The server that powers your IDX websites, agent portals, and lead capture. We watch CPU, memory, disk, and the underlying web and database services.

Layer 2 β€” Lead Engine

SaleFX

The CRM and automation engine behind every text, email, appointment, and pipeline update. We probe the API, dashboard, and the live webhook handling your real-time leads.

Layer 3 β€” Property Search

ShowcaseIDX

The MLS-powered listing search your buyers see on every page. We monitor both the main service and the widget delivery that loads listings into your client websites.

Frequently asked

Reading the page.

How often is this status page updated?

Our monitoring system polls every component every five minutes, twenty-four hours a day. The page itself auto-refreshes in your browser every sixty seconds, so you'll always see the latest data without reloading.

What do the colored bars mean?

Each bar represents one day. We aggregate every five-minute sample from that day to produce its color. Green means every check passed. Yellow means at least one check came back slow or unhealthy. Red means at least one check failed entirely. Grey means we don't have data for that day yet β€” common in the first thirty days after launch.

Why is uptime not always 100%?

Real systems have real moments. A momentary slowdown, a brief network blip, or a third-party provider hiccupping can all show up as a few seconds of degraded performance. We report it because that's what transparency means β€” but a 99.9% reading still translates to less than nine seconds of impact per day on average.

The page shows green, but I'm having an issue. What now?

Localized issues β€” your specific browser, your network, a single MLS feed β€” won't always show up here. If something feels off, the fastest path is to email [email protected] with what you're seeing and we'll dig in. We'd rather know than not.

Can I subscribe to incident alerts?

Subscribable alerts are coming. For now, this page is the source of truth β€” bookmark it as livebuyers.com/status. If a major incident affects your account specifically, we'll always email you directly.
