Is the affiliate program live right now?
Not yet — we're still building it out. What is live and available right now is our $250 referral credit. Anyone who refers a new paying LiveBuyers client gets $250 applied to their account. There's no portal, no signup, no tracking links to manage — just have your referral mention your name at signup.
Do I have to be a LiveBuyers customer to refer someone?
Nope. The $250 referral credit is open to anyone — existing clients, industry partners, friends, family. If you're not a client yourself, the credit can be applied to your first month should you ever sign up, or we'll work out an alternative (gift card, etc.) — just reach out after submitting the referral.
How do I submit a referral?
Two ways:
1. Have the person you're referring mention your name when they sign up or request a demo.
2. Email [email protected] with their name, email, and phone number — plus the email on your LiveBuyers account so we know where to apply the credit. We'll confirm receipt within one business day.
When does the $250 actually hit my account?
The credit posts within 7 days after the new client completes their first paid month. We do this to make sure the referral is legitimate and the relationship is sticking — no incentive to churn-and-burn signups.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No cap. Refer one person, refer fifty. Each qualifying signup earns you another $250 in account credit. Credits stack and don't expire.
What counts as a "qualifying" referral?
Any new client (not previously a LiveBuyers customer) who signs up for any of our paid plans — Launch, Grow, Excel, or Ultra — and completes their first paid month. Free trials, demos, and self-cancellations during the first month don't qualify on their own, but as soon as that first invoice clears, your credit is queued up.
When is the full affiliate program launching?
We don't have a public launch date locked in yet — we want to get it right rather than rush it. Drop your email in the notify-me form above and you'll hear from us before anyone else, plus we're planning early-access perks for founding affiliates.
Will my $250 referrals carry over to the new program?
Yes. Anyone you refer under the current $250 program will be honored when the full affiliate program launches. We'll also be looking at ways to grandfather active referrers into founding-affiliate status — more on that closer to launch.
